At Mulberry Cottage, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Most orders are shipped by FedEx Ground and will arrive within 7-10 days. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii and some smaller orders ship by USPS Priority Mail. We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after your order ships. Some of our products may ship to you directly from the manufacturer, this allows us to expedite delivery to you.

Customer Satisfaction Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange the item or refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be issued for the items only if they are returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Items that have an odor, stains, damages, or other abnormal markings will not receive refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returnable items must be returned within 30 days from when your order was received and must be in resalable condition. There are no returns after 30 days.
NOTE ON SPECIAL ORDERS: The are NO RETURNS on curtains sized to a custom length, ordered with custom trim options, roller shades cut to a specific width, or on bolt lace ordered by the yard.
Damages or Discrepancies
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your shipment, or if an item has been damaged. After 14 days, returns due to damages will not be accepted. Damaged items will be exchanged with an identical product only. A photo of the damaged item may be required.
Before returning an item, please call our store at (310) 375-0044. Please state your name and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and the address where to return your item. Returns without an authorization number will be refused.
